Full Client Service is a premium messaging and communication solution with a full suite of advanced features for end users via Microsoft ® Outlook. With secure e-mail, group scheduling, shared calendars and public folders, your organization can gain improvements in efficiencies, especially when teams and groups are in different locations. Users can connect to Exchange using Outlook software on their Desktop/Laptop computer at the office, and while away from the office connect using Web Access Service.
Full Client Service also allows users to store data on their hard drive, access their accounts off-line and synchronizes information to PDA's. It is ideal for users who require reliability and ease of use, but also need enhanced email functionality and integration with other Microsoft Office applications.
Northwestel supports MAPI, IMAP4, POP3, and HTTPs access. Using HTTPs access via Web Access Service, users can have remote, secure access to their account from any device that has access to the Internet with a browser. Changes made in their account using Web Access Service, such as scheduling appointments, updating their Personal address book, etc, is immediately updated on Northwestel's Exchange servers.

Mailbox Quota |
Each mailbox has a quota of 100MB of space per user. Additional mailboxes can be ordered on demand if required. |

Calendar |
The personal calendar feature allows users to maintain a calendar containing personal appointments on a daily or weekly basis, set reminders, and create recurring appointments. |

Vacation Alert/auto reply |
This option enables users to customize a reply that will be automatically sent back to the sender. Great for notifying customers or colleagues when you are away on vacation and will not be responding to emails in a timely manner. |

Users can setup the forward option to send messages to a recipient of their choice or to those not originally on the recipient list. |

Aliases |
Aliases allow users to choose additional e-mail addresses and have them link back to a primary e-mail account. Up to three aliases per user are available to business customers. Smaller companies can give the perception that they have multiple divisions - i.e. by creating sales@xyzcompany.ca, service@xyzcompany.ca and support@xyzcompany.ca - but in fact, all of these e-mail IDs are actually aliases and the mail is directed to one primary mailbox. |

Tasks |
A task is a personal or work-related errand or project you want to track through completion. Use tasks to organize and prioritize your responsibilities. You can specify a start and due date, a date and time for a reminder, and a priority for each task. A task can occur once or repeatedly (a recurring task). A recurring task can repeat at regular intervals or repeat based on the date you mark the task complete. |

Notes are the electronic equivalent of paper sticky notes. Use notes to jot down questions, ideas, reminders, and anything you would write on notepaper. |
