SharePoint™ Portal $50/month
SharePoint™ Portal is a non-SSL URL (example: http://example.sharepoint.mynwtel.ca )
It offers site security, in that it can be username and password restricted, but is not using data encryption for traffic flowing to and from the site.
SharePoint™ Secure $60/month
Sharepoint™ Secure is SSL (128 bit encryption) URL example: https://example.sharepoint.mynwtel.ca
SharePoint™ Custom $60/month
Sharepoint™Custom is non-SSL, but uses a domain name chosen by the customers (eg. www.my_custom_domain_name.com).

Advanced file storage and sharing:
- File storage, sharing and management capabilities available to work groups and users to collaborate on documents, tasks, contacts, events, and other information.
- Ability to create unlimited number of sub-sites under the root level site.
- Ability to add, edit, and delete site content from both a web browser and through clients that support web services and use web browsers.
- Web-based file storage including document libraries, folder views, and search capabilities based on SQL full-text indexing providing site-wide searches, and searches of list items and documents.
Document management features:
- A backup copy of a document or picture file is created whenever it is saved to a library and maintains a version history, allowing restoration if inadvertently deleted.
- “Check-In/Check-Out” function that enables users to lock a file while editing, to prevent others from overwriting or editing the file inadvertently.
- Users can set-up alerts to tell them when existing documents and information have been changed or when new information or documents have been added.
Authentication support for anonymous and basic authentication:
- Administrators have the ability to password-protect their websites to restrict access to registered users only.
- Administrators have the ability to enable their site for anonymous access.
- Site administrators can grant unique permissions to users as “reader”, “contributor”, “web designer” and “administrator”. They can also block the upload of specific file types and apply permissions to a list that allows only specific users to change a list.
- Customers can select from multiple different site templates, apply different themes to the site, to customize the content, layout, or view of the website, using the standard site administration tools.
