The Originator is responsible for all charges associated with the call. The charges are as follows:
- Bridge Usage Charges: Each line is billed for the individual connect times and totaled for all customers.
- Long Distance Charges: Each line (long distance only) is billed for the individual connect times and totaled for all customers and billed to the chairperson.
