Installment Payment Plan

Our Installment Payment Plan helps ease the financial burden of paying for service connection charges all at once. Business customers may spread payments associated with service connection charges over a period of up to six months. A late payment charge will apply.

Long Distance Restriction

Long Distance Restriction prohibits long distance calling from your telephone line. In addition to preventing outgoing long distance calls, Long Distance Restriction will prevent incoming collect ("reverse charge") and third-party calls being billed to your number.

Long Distance Restriction may also be considered for customers who are assessed a high security deposit to receive local telephone service. In lieu of paying the security deposit, customers may opt for Long Distance Restriction until a later date.
