1. Call the main host mailbox number (your personal phone number)

2. When the system plays the greeting, press the pertinent extension number (91, 92...95)

3. When the system plays the greeting of the extension mailbox, press *

5. The system will prompt you for the password of the subdivided mailbox

6. Enter the password that applies to that extension

3. At the tone, leave your message
