BusinessCents Plus™ long distance calling plan is designed for businesses that spend more than $100 per month on long distance calling within North America. BusinessCents Plus™ offers low per-minute rates plus a volume discount based on total long distance spending, for even greater savings than the BusinessCents™ plan.

You can also receive a calling card that gives you the same rates as this plan. You also receive a percentage savings on overseas calls.

Plan Details

• Same low rates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• All direct dialed calls within Canada and the U.S. are eligible (including Alaska and Hawaii)
• Low rates to international locations
• Rates also apply to calling card calls to Canada and the U.S., for calls that originate or terminate in Northwestel's operating area provided you are using Northwestel's transport facilities or services. Calling card calls are subject to one of the following transaction surcharges that are not eligible for volume discounts:
  • $1.25 for operator-handled calling card calls
  • $1.00 for automated calling card service
• No contracts to sign
• Monthly billing summary and call details
• Requires minimum spending of $100 in eligible long distance calls each month (at BusinessCents Plus™ rates). If the minimum spending commitment is not met in any given month, charges will be added to the account so the total long distance charges equal the $100 minimum.
• Volume discounts take effect when eligible long distance spending is $200 or more in any given month. Discounts are applied as per the following chart:
