 Paperless Billing

Customers have voiced their desire for paperless billing and Northwestel has listened.

Customers now have the option to do away with a traditional paper bill for cable and telephone accounts. This free service will empower customers who do not have a need for the hassle of paper bills to reduce their carbon footprint. Click here to sign up for paperless billing by completing a simple online form.

Once you have cancelled your paper bill, you will need to sign up for electronic billing in order to view your bills. With E-Billing, you can view your statements online and reduce your carbon footprint. Many customers have already signed up for E-billing, yet still receive paper bills – sign up for paperless billing to cancel your paper bills.

Cell Phone Recycling

Northwestel provides customers with the option to drop off their old phones at a Northwestel Retail Centre for recycling. Bring your old cell phone in and we will ensure it is recycled properly.
