Northwestel customers may have been contacted by a company named Yellow-Page-Canada.com which is soliciting advertising on www.yellow-page-canada.com or www.yellowpage-yukon.com.
Northwestel would like to advise its customers that this company is not related to the Yellow Pages Group, which is the authorized publisher of Northwestel’s printed telephone directories and web listings. Northwestel customer advertisements appear online at www.canada411.ca and www.ypg.com.
The Yellow-Page-Canada.com company appears to be a separate international online advertising business directory. Although it uses similar wording and a slightly altered yellow pages logo, it is in no way related to Northwestel or the Yellow Pages Group.
Northwestel and the Yellow Pages Group do not solicit advertising or any personal information via email or fax.
