Situation: On Demand television services in Yellowknife are not currently available. This outage is the result of a server failure in Yellowknife.

This is only impacting On Demand content. Regular programming and Pay-per-View options are still available to customers.

Actions: Northwestel is working to restore this service as quickly as possible though re-programming On Demand content does take some time.
