UPDATE: Internet, Cable and Video services are restored. They were down due to a power outage. Landline telephone services remain down. Technicians will begin repairs as soon as possible.

 

The outage is affecting less than 50 customers at this time.

Situation: Internet, Video and Telephone services are down in parts of Yellowknife due to the plane crash in Old Town.

 

 

Actions: Northwestel personnel are onsite determining the extent of the damage. Cable splicers and Cable technicians are standing by.
