Users will be able to call from anywhere in Latitude Wireless, Northwestel Mobility and Bell Mobility networks. As roaming agreements are signed with other major Canadian carriers, the phones will work in more and more major centres across Canada. US roaming agreements to allow the use of the phones in the US will follow.
Users will be able to send texts or receive texts from other Canadian and the United States wireless customers.

The service is currently available in all areas that currently have:
- Northwestel Mobility cellular service in Northwest Territories and Nunavut
- Latitude Wireless Service (Yukon)
- Bell Mobility throughout Canada
- Texting to and from almost all areas of Canada and the US
Upcoming Availability:
- In southern Canada as roaming agreements are signed with major Canadian carriers (i.e. SaskTel, MTS, Telus)
- In the US as roaming agreements are signed with major US Carriers
Not Available:
- On International mobility networks
- On Canadian and US networks prior to the signing of roaming agreements
