Question and Answer
The Question and Answer feature enables a conference participant, typically the Chairperson of the conference, to respond to questions from other call participants in an orderly fashion with the assistance of the conference operator. When a participant wishes to ask a question, he/she may so indicate to the conference operator using their Touch-Tone™ phone, and the operator then places the participant in a queue. When the call originator/Chairperson wishes to allow a question, the operator connects the participants in a pre-determined order. The Question and Answer feature should be requested prior to the scheduled start time of the conference call. The call originator/Chairperson is responsible for the Question and Answer feature charge.
Rate
$75.00 per two-hour increment of the conference call.
Polling
The Polling feature allows a conference participant, typically the Chairperson, to use an interactive function that provides for multiple choice testing and voting. The Chairperson or the conference originator can ask questions of other participants, and quickly poll participants using one of the following methods: Yes/No, True/False, multiple choice or assigned ranges. Each participant can provide responses to questions from the call originator/ Chairperson by pressing a pre-determined key on their Touch-Tone™ phone. The results/responses are either recorded on a disk or printed and given to the call originator/Chairperson by the conference operator. The Polling feature should be requested prior to the scheduled start time of the conference call. The call originator/Chairperson is responsible for the Polling feature charge.
Rate
$75.00 per two-hour increment of the conference call.
Call Replay
The Call Replay feature provides a recording of a conference call, allowing users to call the conference bridge and listen to a previously held conference at their convenience. The recording is available for up to 48 hours after the original conference. Customers access a pre-recorded conference by dialing a pre-assigned conference bridge port to hear the recording. The customers pay the associated bridge usage and long distance charges (if applicable). Call Replay should be requested at the time the original conference is reserved. The call originator/Chairperson is responsible for the Call Replay feature charge.
Rate
$35.00 per recorded conference call.
Taping
This feature is available to customers who wish to have their conferencing call recorded on audio tape. Taping should be requested at the time the conference is reserved. The call originator/Chairperson is responsible for the taping charges.
Northwestel makes no representations or warranties as to the quality of the tapes or the ability to use the tapes and all warranties, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose are excluded. In no event will Northwestel be liable for lost profit, lost savings, business or economic loss or indirect, special or consequential damages arising, out of the use of the tapes or the inability to use the tapes even if Northwestel has been advised of the possibility of such loss. In no event will the total liability of Northwestel exceed the total amount paid to Northwestel for the production and delivery of the tapes.
Rate
Tapes are provided at the following charges. The charge includes mailing of tapes through Canada Post. If courier delivery is required it must be arranged and paid for by the customer.
First tape (up to 3 hours): $15.00
Each additional tape: $10.00
