Call Waiting ID

When you are on the phone, and you receive another incoming call, Call Waiting ID lets you see the number of the second caller, so you can decide whether to answer or continue with the original call.
In order for Call Waiting ID to work, customers must also subscribe to Call Display and Call Waiting.

Additional Information
Not all telephone sets are compatible with Call Waiting ID. Northwestel rents the Regency 400 telephone set equipped for Call Waiting ID. Unfortunately, the Vista 200 set is not compatible with Call Waiting ID. If you currently rent a Vista 200 set, you may exchange it for a Regency 400 set at no extra charge.
