Can I make calls while Busy Call Return is activated?

Yes, you can make other calls as you normally would.

What if the missed number is a non-published number?

Customers must use Call Display Block in order for their number not to be announced. If the number is non-published and not blocked, Call Return should be able to return the call.

If I subscribe to Call Return and Call Waiting, what happens if I am already on the phone and don't answer a Call Waiting call when I hear a "beep"?

Call Return will treat the incoming Call Waiting call as unanswered and record it as the last number that called you.
