What happens if I hear a beep (alert of an incoming call), but choose not to answer it?

If you subscribe to Voice Mail, the caller will be automatically forwarded to your Voice Mail box and will be able to leave a message.

If you do not subscribe to Voice Mail, the caller will continue to hear ringing until they hang up.

What will callers hear when I activate Cancel Call Waiting?

If you subscribe to Voice Mail, the caller will automatically be forwarded to your Voice Mail box and will be able to leave a message. If you do not subscribe to Voice Mail, the caller will hear a busy signal.

How do I use Call Waiting if my telephone set does not have a "Link" button?

When you are alerted of an incoming call (you hear a beep), simply press the switch hook on your phone set (the switch hook is the button on/under the receiver that is used to hang up or disconnect a call)

If I am on the Internet, can I answer a Call Waiting call?

No, you cannot answer a second call when you are on the Internet. A Call Waiting beep, may disrupt your connection so it is advised that you use Cancel Call Waiting before connecting to the Internet.
