How much notice time is required to arrange a conference call?

Although conference calls can usually be arranged with minimal notice, to ensure availability of the lines you require, we recommend booking as early as possible. Conference calls may be booked up to one year in advance.

What information do I need to provide the conference operator in order to book a conference call?

• date of the call(s) - available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, up to one year in advance
• start and end times of the call
• number of lines required
• name and telephone number of the party originating the call
• telephone number to which charges will be billed
• name and telephone number of the conference moderator (if different than originator)
• names and telephone numbers of participants (operator assisted and event calls only)
• special instructions for the operator (operator assisted and event calls only)
