Northwestel Holiday Toy Drive

Northwestel is supporting community groups in the North with a holiday toy drive.

Toy Drive Teddy Bear with Present

Our annual Toy Drive wrapped up December 12th in Yellowknife and Whitehorse. Thanks to your generous donations, more than 450 northern kids are receiving gifts this Christmas.

If you missed the Toy Drive, you can still help - visit our partners at The Salvation Army Yellowknife or the Whitehorse Firefighters Charitable Society to lend your support.

After December 12th, the following organizations will begin giving out the toys to children as part of their holiday programs.

Gifts will be added to the Salvation Army’s traditional Holiday hamper for families with children aged 14 and under. The Salvation Army has provided support to families at Holiday for over 15 years. Last year, food hampers were provided to 273 Yellowknife households, with 298 children receiving new toys thanks to generous donations from the community.

Join us as we spread holiday cheer to families in need.
