Our channel lineup has changed and now there's more HD than ever.

On August 6th, we upgraded most Standard-Definition (SD) TV channels to High-Definition (HD) which means better picture quality for you, at no extra cost.


Easier channel surfing.

We've removed duplicate channels and streamlined channel numbering to make navigation easier. You’ll still have access to all your subscribed channels, but some of the numbers have changed. The new lineup begins at 200 and go up from there.

Check your saved Favourite channels and DVR recordings.

Your saved favourite channels and scheduled DVR recordings will be affected.

Scheduled recordings setup prior to August 6 will need to be reset. This will impact both single programs as well as any series recordings.  You will need to update your recording settings on or after August 6th to ensure you continue to record the programs you want.Note that the guide will show programs up to 12 days in advance.

The channel lineup change will not impact any recordings that took place and were stored on your DVR prior to August 6th.
