Rules and regulations

1. Eligibility: This contest is open to realtors and brokerages in Whitehorse and Yellowknife service area who completed the survey form. 

2. How to enter: To enter, complete and submit the survey feedback form provided by Northwestel. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Limit one entry per person.

3. Contest period: The contest begins on Tuesday, September 1 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, September 9, 2026. Only entries received during this time will be eligible.

4. Prize: One (1) winner will receive a $100 Visa gift card. The prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash alternatives or substitutions will be provided.

5. Winner selection and notification: The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries. The draw will take place on or about September 9, 2026. The selected entrant will be contacted via email or phone. If they do not respond within 7 days, another winner may be selected.

6. Consent: By entering, participants consent to the use of their feedback (in anonymous or attributed form, based on their survey response) in Northwestel marketing materials. Personal information will be used only for contest administration and in accordance with Northwestel’s Privacy Policy.

7. General conditions: Northwestel reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest at any time. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Northwestel’s decisions. Northwestel retains sole authority over participant selection and reserves the right to accept or decline registrations. Participation is limited exclusively to real estate agents and brokers serving the Whitehorse and Yellowknife markets.
