Promotion Terms and Conditions
In-Store Purchase Only. This promotion is valid only for eligible purchases completed in-store at participating Northwestel retail locations (Whitehorse & Yellowknife).

While Supplies Last. The promotion is available while promotional inventory lasts. Northwestel reserves the right to modify or discontinue the promotion without prior notice once promotional inventory has been exhausted.

Eligible Purchase Required. To qualify, the customer must purchase an eligible smartphone on a new or upgraded Bell post-paid wireless plan during the promotional period.
Offer Cannot Be Combined. This promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer, discount, rebate, coupon, or incentive unless expressly authorized by Northwestel.

Promotional Items. Eligible customers are entitled to receive one (1) eligible phone case at a 50% discount and one (1) NWTel-branded PopSocket at no additional charge for each qualifying smartphone purchased. Limit of one (1) discounted case and one (1) complimentary PopSocket per qualifying device.

Accessory Compatibility Requirement: To qualify for the promotional phone case discount, the selected phone case must be compatible with the eligible smartphone purchased under this offer. NWTel reserves the right to refuse the promotional discount on any phone case that is not intended for the purchased device model.
 

Returns and Exchanges. If a qualifying smartphone purchase is returned, cancelled, or otherwise reversed, all promotional items received as part of this offer, including the discounted phone case and complimentary Northwestel-branded PopSocket, must be returned at the same time.

Condition of Returned Promotional Items. All returned promotional items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused, and resalable condition. If the discounted phone case and/or complimentary PopSocket are not returned, or are returned in a condition that is not suitable for resale, the customer will forfeit the promotional discount and will be required to pay the full retail price of the phone case. The complimentary PopSocket must also be returned with the qualifying device.

Northwestel reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice where permitted by applicable law. The promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
