Whitehorse Cable Internet and Cable Home Phone- Due to an upgrade, some customers may be affected for 30 minutes or less on May 22nd at 2:00 AM PST. We appreciate your patience at this time.
Iqaluit DSL and Telephone Customers- We're replacing a fibre at 4:00 AM EST on May 21st. This may affect some residential DSL and Telephone services for 30 minutes or less. We apologize in advance if this causes any inconvenience.

Analog TV Customers in Whitehorse, Fort Nelson, Yellowknife, and High Level : The monthly rate for Analog Basic television will increase by $3.00 and the monthly rate for the Analog Movies Package will increase by $2.00. These increases will come into effect on April 1, 2012.
Residential Customers: the Northwestel Customer Care Centre will now operate from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PST, Monday to Friday. Read here from more information.
As of April 26, 2012, Northwestel's providers will no longer be supplying us with Fox Sports World, part of the "Sports" package, in Fort Smith, High Level and Norman Wells. We are sorry for the inconvenience and we look forward to offering new sports content in late May.
Whitehorse, Yellowknife and Fort Nelson subscribers who receive Fox Sports World as part of the "More Sports" package will see that channel discontinued as of April 30, 2012. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and we look forward to offering you great new sports content in late May.
