Watching Crave
Here’s how to access Crave on your TV, computer, and mobile device.
- Do one of the following:
- If you have Pulse TV, press the VOD button your remote.
- If you have Digital TV, press the On Demand button on your remote.
- Go to the Crave or Premium TV folder. Depending on whether you subscribe to Crave or Crave + Movies + HBO, you can access content in one or both folders.
In a supported web browser, go to www.crave.ca, and then log in using your Northwestel TV account username and password.

Before you get started, make sure your mobile device supports Crave.
Install the Crave app
- Download and install the Crave app on your mobile device.
- If you have an iOS device, download the Crave app from the Apple App Store.
- If you have a or Android device, download the Crave app from the Google Play Store.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to install the app.
Log in
- Open the Crave app, and then tap Sign In.
- Tap Through my TV Provider, and then select Northwestel.
- Log in by using your Northwestel TV account username and password.
