Password Policy

Password Policy:

Password must be:

• At least 8 characters long.
• Alphanumeric [a-z and 1-0 only]
• Password must not be:
• One of the last 5 previous passwords
• Equal to the username
• Password cannot contain simple English words
• Password must contain at least:
• One lowercase character [a - z]
• One uppercase character [A - Z]
• One digit [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 0]
• The following special characters are allowed: ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) _ + -= { } [ ] : ” ; ’ < > ? , . / | ~ `

Note: Simple or common words cannot be used on their own in a password, so be sure to strengthen it by including special characters, uppercase letters, and digits. Your password must also meet the following requirements: a minimum of 8 characters, at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one digit.
