The North is changing, and so are we

As a Canadian company, we exist to serve Northern Canadians like you. We want to share our most recent accomplishments as we seek to bring you the best and most reliable internet services, connecting you to what matters most.

Canada’s North is changing, and so are we

As the world speeds up, so do our internet speeds. Powered by fibre with either fibre-to-the-neighbourhood or fibre-to-the-home, we now offer the fastest internet in the North with speeds up to 700 Mbps. Since 2022, we’ve increased our top speeds four times without raising prices. Whether for work, school, or entertainment, our plans fit every need and budget.

Supporting Canadian businesses and communities

We’re proudly Canadian-owned and operated, with more than 500 northern team members. Over the past decade, we’ve invested over $500 million in Canadian infrastructure, focusing on Indigenous and northern suppliers. Each year, we also contribute $650,000 to community organizations across the North - because our commitment goes beyond technology.

Building a more resilient network for a changing climate

Climate change is putting pressure on northern infrastructure. That’s why we’re investing in our 6,275-kilometre network to strengthen backup fibre routes. Thanks to the Canadian North Fibre Loop and a new path through Alaska, our network is more reliable than ever. And if a service issue under our control causes an outage longer than 24 hours, you’ll receive an automatic credit.

Reconciliation at the heart of what we do

Being a northern partner means embedding reconciliation in every part of our business. It’s not just a promise - it’s how we operate every day. Our partnership with Bell and Sixty North Unity will make us the largest fully Indigenous-owned telecom company in the world. Our Reconciliation Reports show the real actions we’re taking to build a better North for all.
