Attending the Stanton Territorial Foundation’s much loved annual Northwestel Gift of Giving gala has always been a highlight in the holiday calendar. 

This year, keeping everyone safe comes first, so the Stanton Territorial Foundation is transforming the Northwestel Gift of Giving gala into their first $99,000 online raffle. Northwestel is a long-time sponsor of the foundation and we are dedicated to working with our partners to make this year a fundraising success. Paul Gillard, our Vice-President of Business Markets presented our annual donation of $60,000 to the Foundations Executive Director Patty Olexin-Lang and board member Marisa Ziyapapa at the Northwestel retail store in Yellowknife.

The raffle includes several prize draws, from an iPhone, to diamonds, to cash rewards up to $20,000. On January 1st, 2021, one lucky ticket holder will start the new year with the golden prize of $50,000 sponsored by Northwestel. 

Your donations will make a lasting difference. We count on your generosity to provide the best healthcare services and help patients and their families across the North. All of the proceeds from ticket sales will go to support the hospital with equipment, specialized staff training, major capital needs, and patent care items.

The raffle is open to residents of the Northwest Territories, 19 years old and over.  

The raffle has already begun, so don’t delay. The winners will be chosen by a random number generator and you can check the website for specific draw dates in December and January. Grab your chance to be part of the show, help your hospital and make a wish – you could be the winner!
