Bell Let's Talk Day 2021

Bell Let's Talk Day 2021

Bell Let’s Talk Day is Thursday, January 28 and we’re proud to help drive progress for mental health in the North.

COVID-19 has affected us all in some way, including our mental health. According to the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA), 40% of Canadians say their mental health has declined due to COVID-19.

The 11th annual Bell Let’s Talk Day campaign shines a light on the actions that we can all take. Whether you connect with family, check in on friends, or just take care of your own mental health, now more than ever, every action counts.
